Perform customer services tasks maintaining a positive, professional, and pleasant attitude. This includes, but not limited to: phone reception from the public on a multiple line phone, responding to voicemails and emails, while maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of the client. Perform accurate word processing of 70 words per minute to create meeting memos, meeting minutes, and company updates using the Microsoft Suite software. Order, inventory, and put away company office and janitorial supplies, which requires lifting, pushing, and pulling with a minimum of 50 pounds. Use of basic math skills to manage the ratio of client and staff hours to accurately match therapy needs. Enter, update, and retrieve information in the Client Management System (CMS) database that reflects the client's updated medical information, making it readily available to other staff members. Provide lead work skills by training and supervising new staff members. The training includes: front desk support, medication administration, scheduling, and client curriculum kits. Manage and organize many concurrent assignments and coordinate scheduling for clients. This scheduling includes: sending out meeting reminders and requests, new client set up, incoming requests from parents, and working with other sites to help with scheduling. Strong problem solving skills and ability to be flexible as job responsibilities and priorities change. Assist various departments with backup administrative support such as: typing documents, making copies, back up front desk and special projects.
