• Responsible for the creation and execution of a multi-track leadership curriculum for the University• Serve as the advisor one of the largest programming boards, Inter-Class Council, consisting of 25 cabinet members and over 50+ general members who were responsible for over 50 programs each year and 25 fundraisers. Including large scale programs such as Junior Semi-Formal and Commencement Ball• Manage budget lines that totaled over $350,000.00 and tracked all expenditures• Plan and execute large-scale events including Weeks of Welcome and Homecoming and Family Weekend• Assist the Director with New Student Orientation and Fall Orientation Programs• Execute administrative tasks for all programs including contracts, check requests, purchase orders, catering requests and space reservation• Coordinate departmental staffing campaigns to hire qualified candidates by building awareness of job opportunities and conducting interviews for over 60 employees• Responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive training program for new and current staff members • Maintained optimal staffing levels by tracking vacancies, retention and exit interview surveys• Managed onboarding processes for new staff members and training • Work cross-functionally with campus partners such of Office of Diversity and Inclusion, Women’s and Gender Center, and Faculty Members to support all students

Student Activities Responsibilities • Employ and oversee 10 student activity programmers in support of campus-wide programming initiatives under both federal and institutional work-study programs• Oversee weekend alternative programming every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night•Plan and execute large-scale events including Winter Weekend, Bobsledding and Paint Nite• Execute administrative tasks for all programs including contracts, check requests, purchase orders, catering requests and space reservation• Serve as an advisor for the CHAMP, student programming board, consisting of 40 student leaders responsible for large scale events and programming initiatives such as Spirit Week, Spring Meltdown Carnival, and Snowball • Actively communicate and collaborate with campus partners such of Office of Diversity and Inclusion, Women’s and Gender Center, and Faculty MembersResidential Life Responsibilities•Supervise, train, advise, and support 10 to 16 resident advisors in up to six buildings consisting of 300+ residents in sophomore and upperclassman housing•Develop and facilitate weekly staff meetings, bi-weekly one on one meetings with each staff member and “co” meetings for each hall•Assist with the development and execution of a comprehensive training program for paraprofessional staff members •Coordinate the daily operations, logistics, management and development of a residential community including various administrative duties, maintenance requests, incident reports, and room transfers•Participate in weekly on-call professional duty rotation to provide crisis intervention and incident response for 1,500 students•Communicate closely with Student Care and Response Team (S.C.A.R.T.) to address student concerns and student follow-up• Serve as a hearing officer for conduct meetings and served on the conduct review board•Oversee the Gender-Inclusive Housing program, Substance-Free Housing Program, Move-In Crew and other housing initiatives as assigned
