Previously, Director responsible for Landlord and Tenant instructions at Williams Gunter Hardwick. I joined in 1996, after leaving Chesterton in 1991 to raise a family. I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in General Practice in 1988 at Lalonde Brothers and Parham after graduating. Expertise in providing landlord and tenant advice. I undertake rent reviews, lease renewals and provide specific advice in all sectors of the property market and have particular expertise in retail and restaurant instructions. I have extensive experience in making third party submissions for both landlords and tenants. My client base includes a mixture of private and public sector, institutional, and private clients, and I have acted on property around the whole of the UK. I have also worked in the development sector acquiring sites for both supermarket and restaurant operators. I also undertake valuation work, and some agency instructions for retained clients. Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Property Agents Independent (PAI).
