I have been involved in development aid and community service in Africa, Asia and Europe. I am passionate about equity and the full potential of everyone and strive to support this through education, empowerment and community engagement. In 2006 myself and Kathy Walking co-founded Thamarai Educational Projects, near the international township of Auroville, Tamil nadu which I co-manage today with a dynamic youth team.. I am a core group member of Radical Transformational Leadership team practicing to integrate the templates and tools in my life, work and mentoring others to do the same as a trained practitioner coach.
