•Manage most support functions within the school, including: PT, OT, and SLP services, Medical Department, Technology, Food Services, Reception and Human Resources. •Coordinate the regular strategic planning process and support Cotting’s Board of Trustees through attendance at all Trustee meetings as well as membership on the Finance, Retirement and Development Committees.•Managed the development and approval process for a new, residential transition program for young adults on campus and provide ongoing oversight.•Established a Marketing Task Force which coordinates and guides all marketing and PR for the school.•Developed an external consulting business that 70 serves students in 20+ communities. •Created an annual conference for parents that offered information and resources to over 400 parents in the first 2 years.•Transitioned a Defined Contribution plan to a Defined Benefit retirement program and coordinate ongoing enrollment and education for both the retirement plan and the annual health insurance open enrollment process.•Provide employee relations consulting and policy interpretation to all levels of employees and management in support of change management efforts and employee satisfaction and retention.•Manage the acquisition and implementation of technology solutions to improve productivity, information exchange and payroll accuracy and consistency.•Provide ongoing support to maaps, Cotting’s school affiliation network, through membership on the maaps Conference Committee.
