When I was a child, for fun, I made menus for my parents, cooked and served the meal, and of course- I waited for the tip! My parents always played along- and tipped well, lol. My love of food, being of service and making people happy is what drew me to hospitality from a young age and still continues to do so today. The joy of bringing people together for a special event just never grows old! My experience over many years of working in the hospitality industry has allowed me to be an integral part of thousands of weddings, countless corporate events, and too many special days to count. I am honored to have had the opportunity to grow and learn in such a vibrant field! My experience includes 10 years as the Director of Sales and Events at Cruiseport Gloucester, a gorgeous waterfront venue North of Boston, launching the Beauport Cruiselines from it's infancy into a bustling dinner and event ship, selling events from blueprints for a new hotel, Director of Fundraising Events for a national non-profit, nearly every aspect of catering sales-from the front of the house to the back, as well as a stint in restaurant management. I’m still learning and still loving that every day is exciting and new!
