i help inspire and empower teenagers who lack confidence acquire the skills they need to achieve success and live with confidence and clarity.I am a speaker, coach and leader in education with over twenty years’ experience. I hold a Graduate Diploma in Education, a Bachelor of Arts degree (English Major), a Diploma in Education as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. I have worked in a range of educational leadership roles across a range of schools in Zimbabwe, Australia and New Zealand. My strengths as a presenter include my ability to draw from my personal story to provide simple and effective solutions for learning and development of an individual’s capabilities. I specialise in empowering teens to be motivated, responsible and focused action takers. With my work with teens, I have discovered that both teens and parents play a crucial role in this equation, like two sides of a coin. With the right parental approach, teens can flourish and can experience dramatic transformation in their life. I have mentored and assisted hundreds of teachers in developing quality differentiated teaching practice that caters for individual students’ needs. My enthusiasm and expertise in creating Individual Education Plans, Individual Transition Plans has seen me present multiple times at Students with Disability Networks and Teacher Professional Development Days in my role as a Learning Support Coordinator. . My purpose is to enthuse young men and women to be a success in life. My work focuses on the strong belief that good parental and coaching guidance influences the development of teens and young adults that are empowered to achieve to their full potential. My vision is to bridge the gap in our community through mentorship. I host personal development and growth workshops to coach and transform teens’ lives. My interest in working with young people and their families comes from her aspiration to enthuse, empower and inspire teens who lack confidence to gain the skills they need to achieve success in life so that together we can change our community for the better.
