My responsibilities is doing payroll for 8 employee. I oversee the outreach lab at Memorial Health. We perform phlebotomy all clients: infants to elderly. Mentally and a variety of disorders in children. We receive a large loads of specimen from a variety of doctors offices and clinics. I handle all errors and mistakes. I communicate with a variety of clients about issues that come about and work with them to fix the problems. Assist in setting of contacts with different companies. Supervise my employee to ensure that they are following policies and procedures pertaining to lab and OSHA. Assist in performing evaluations and performance assessment. etc

My responsibilities includes monitoring EKG rhythms and documenting any abnormal rhythms and report it to the nurse. data entry of physician orders and prepare charts for new admissions and transfers. Answer multiline phone, faxing, and coping required papers. order and stock supplies. As a patient care tech, I assisted the patients' with activities of daily living, make beds, assist with eating and range of motion. draw blood, perform ekg, insert and remove foley cath.
