As Senior Director of the new Analytics division of Redbridge, I am responsible for the development and operations of our bank fee management software and future planned modules. My consulting background combined with the intimate knowledge of global bank billing from work on AFP Service Code Bank Accreditations gives me an excellent view of the difficulties both banks and corporates face in the world of bank billing. After the acquisition, I worked with our French team to build out our new process and our Houston office. Accuracy and transparency in bank billing is a passion of mine. That's why I helped to develop and continue to facilitate the AFP Service Code Accredited Provider Program for the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP). First as an individual, and now through Redbridge DTA, I audit and accredit financial institution's AFP Service Codes in partnership with the AFP. I'm also proud to have led a team of global financial institutions to complete the development and release of the AFP Global Service Codes for use with the new standard ISO 20022 international bank billing format.

While with FMS, I was involved in many aspects of collections modernization for the US Treasury and particularly with the IRS. I wrote the requirements documents for the EFTPS-Internet program, published the TFM 3000 (Requirements of government lockbox programs), and the Statement of Work for the Invitation for Expression of Interest for the IRS Lockbox program. While being involved in the RFP process for the IRS lockbox program, I reinvented the bank billing process to make it simpler for all involved and later managed the implementation of the new process for FMS in the analysis department.
