As a Documentation Assistant at Huawei Technologies Phils, I support the technical documentation team in creating, editing, and maintaining high-quality user manuals, guides, and reports for various products and services. I have been working in this role for over three years, applying my analytical, multi-tasking, and detail-oriented skills to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of the documentation. I graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Southeastern Philippines in 2017, where I learned the fundamentals of hotel, motel, and restaurant management, as well as customer service, communication, and teamwork skills. I have also gained valuable experience in the food and beverage industry, working as a cashier and receptionist at Lugang Cafe and Cena Modern Bistro, where I handled transactions, reservations, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
