 Internal Finance• Handling of the Asset Register if there are any asset purchased or disposed, Tag the new assets and do an asset verification.• Upload any payments to be made in our day to day bank account including monthly Creditors• Compile a management account at the end of each month. Categorize all transactions per vote and per project. File all Payments batches per month for auditing purpose• Prepare a VAT reconciliation and submit it to Finance Manager for review before submission using Sarsefiling• Prepare Bank Reconciliation• Run a monthly payroll using SAGE system, Submit it to Finance Manager for review before submission of PAYE, SDL and UIF using Sarsefiling Project FinancePreparation of Budget vs. actual expenditure incurred. Recording of all claims from the developers. Conducting Physical Audit for all the projects which had been blocked. Preparation of monthly financial reconciliations per project.
