As a summer PAS intern, I worked directly with the Time & Schedule, Payroll, and Organizational Change Management teams related to a specific client. Additionally, I worked directly with the client and got hands on experience. This internship strengthened my knowledge of many different fields and gave me background on work as a consultant. This was an incredible experience, and I am grateful for the lessons I learned and the people I met.

I co-founded Miami University's chapter of Phi Gamma Nu my freshman year and led recruitment for three consecutive semesters. This has given me incredible professional experience and has strengthened my leadership and communication skills.

During my sophomore year, I got to work directly with the head of HR at a Private Equity firm in Chicago. As a result, I saw firsthand what an HR manager does and strengthened my organizational and decision-making skills.
