Land Use, Tenure and Agrarian Reform - 25 years of experience in South and Southern Africa and Ireland.Areas of Focus: Differing forms of land use, tenure and management, in particular communal property regimes; land use and natural resource management; land administration; land use change; ecosystems approach to agriculture (agroecology / regenerative agriculture); climate change in agriculture; sustainability and rural development; forestry and sustainability; soil as a foundation to regenerative agriculture. A dedicated focus on Women in relation to the aforementioned topics and a bottom up approach using direct experience and acquired knowledge to research, policy development and management.Skills brought to the table include: facilitator trainer, project and programme management with a specialist role around change management; participatory research and planning; multi-stakeholder consultation and needs based assessments; influence, advocacy and networking;institutional development and capacity building; strategy and policy development; policy analysis; public speaking.
