I manage 115,000 sq ft of serviced office space across 3 centres with over 100 companies availing of our spaces. Achieving and exceeding multi million pound budgets year on year. • Developing new business within the serviced office market• Ability to negotiate require terms and conditions of the new and existing clients• Achieving department budgets and profits• Compiling sales reports• Local and global (RFP) contract negotiation• Send prepare quotes as required .• To compile weekly and monthly activity reports• To liaise with the Accounts Payable Department regarding credit issues• To meet deadlines for assigned tasks and special projects• Generate active sales leads and close sales deals.• Visit existing/established clients in the maintenance and generation of new business opportunities
