Our purpose as a company is to aid researchers at pharmaceutical companies and hospitals in drug discovery, other treatment of disease, and further understanding of disease and the biology of the patient. - We have three methods, Multilayer Analysis, Comprehension Normalization Method for Languages, and Comprehension Normalization Method for Networks. Together they help with the research of complex diseases - diseases like autism, lupus, Crone's, diabetes, schizophrenia, and certain cancers; diseases that do not have a single cause, but many interdependent risk factors, both genetic and epigenetic and complex presentations. Multilayer Analysis, lets the researcher study complex causation easily. The Comprehension Normalization Method, uses the underlying forces uniting elements into clusters by proxy, so that the researcher can discover them. - I recruited the Chief Technical Officer, Dr Abdul Aziz formerly Dean of The Central University of Punjab, and then CEO of Tower Technologies; the Chief Operations Officer, Bobby Mannepalli formerly an investment banker, and Chief Scientific Officer Dr Gaurav Pandey, a professor at Mount Sinai. - I also developed the relationships with our two worldwide expert scientific advisors, Dr Eric Schadt, the director of Genomics and Multiscale Biology at Mount Sinai, and Dr Aaron Galaznik, Senior Director of Real World Data and Analytics for Pfizer. Our work with Mount Sinai was able to group the clusters of coexpressed genes that are most correlated with changes in the mouse obesity traits. We did this in a matter of minutes using only the names of the genes in the clusters, and reproduced results that took deep background understanding of the relationships between the genes and two months, two FTEs, and a lot of computing power. In fields without the knowledge of the relationships only CNM can work.

- Learned the importance of empathy for the patients- Conducted diagnostics to aid in the diagnosis of retinal problems and assisted the surgeon in procedures - Performed visual acuity, eye pressure and peripheral vision tests - Prepared the work-ups for the patients to be seen by the doctor- Quickly and accurately scribed the doctor’s notes on the patients’ charts in a way that was medically useful and protected against malpractice liability- Coded the billing of patients’ visits so they would be appropriately covered by their insurance and balanced the billings records

- Invented the Controlled Convergence Laser (“CCL”), a laser that can converge to a variable focal depth. While most lasers stop when they hit a surface, the CCL would have the ability to choose its focal depth and cause ablation at the point of convergence. - In the field of refractive surgery, using a CCL eliminates the need for a flap-incision and the related instrumentation by causing ablation at the variable point of convergence. Convergence ablation reduces vision impairing complications that could result from refractive surgery, allows for a more accurate surgery and reduces the cost of surgery. - Semi-Finalist, Rice Business Plan Competition 2007, under mentorship of Dave Brenner.
