As part of my role at Doulado, I focus on driving customer engagement and supporting business growth through a blend of sales, community building, trainings and affiliate program management. My key responsibilities include building partnerships with new agencies and organizations, providing customer support to existing and potential users, brainstorming and designing new features and managing existing large accounts.This role enables me to leverage my skills in sales, customer relations, and program management to contribute to the company’s growth while building meaningful relationships with our customer base. My passion for birth work, coupled with a deep belief in the importance of doulas, fuels my commitment to making a positive impact through my work with Doulado. I believe that every person deserves compassionate, informed, and personalized support throughout important life journeys from birth to death.
