Accountable for planning and implementing promotions, events, seminars and workshops with key insurance customers. Building relationships with insurance agencies, and representing the company at trade shows and insurance organization meetings. Specific accountabilities include coordinating, implementing and instructing agent continuing education classes. Developing relationships with branch/district agency management personnel, building agency preference for Safelite through relationships and value-added agency services. Transitioned to a combi ASM position with the responsibilities of maintaining and cultivating wholesale and commercial accounts though relationship building. Establish and define competitive pricing for wholesale and commercial accounts based on glass unit potential.

Responsible for building agency preference for Sears Autoglass through relationships with insurance agencies and companies. Represented the company at trade shows and insurance organization meetings. Establishing new accounts through cold calls to insurance agencies. Covered the North of Boston through to the south of Boston.
