My title is that of Project Manager to leverage various roles within my companyAs Quality Assurance Manager I ensure that products meet the requirements of our customers. This includes:  Leading a team of various departments toward the common goal of a quality software product.  The creation and executions of test plans, test procedures, and test cases.  Usability studies and traceability exercises. Test Evaluation Reports Metrics capture and analysis. Process improvement recommendations. Continuous improvement of quality As a Business Analyst I work with internal and external clients to analyze business needs, create requirements documentation and assist in the design of new products or product modification including: High Level Requirements Functional Specifications Detailed Design Documents

As a business analyst I worked with internal and external clients to analyze business needs, identify business, functional and non functional requirements, system requirements, analyze database schemas, design and create use cases and graphic user interface (prototype) for existing and new applications that met the desired business needs as well as increased user productivity and reduced cost of operation.I created functional specifications, user interface for an internal and external client object oriented C ++ application used for data conversion purposes (AM/FM Mapping, clients such as CenturyLink (Embarq / Sprint), AT & T (BellSouth) for copper cable, fiber cable, coaxial cable, CATV.I created functional specifications; user interface design for an internal web based time management/ reporting application (HTML & JAVA) and for an external web based JAVA application for Fiber Management and CATV.I also provide Visio Use Case diagrams and workflow, data flow figures as well as perform usability tests and provide requirements traceability.

As a Quality Assurance Manager I promoted quality and performance improvement throughout the organization. I brought different teams, team members and department heads together to formulate and agree upon comprehensive quality procedures.I set quality assurance objectives ensuring that targets were achieved. I created the base artifacts used by the quality assurance department for defect reporting, which included defined applicable test types, test cases, test plans, testing approaches, and test results for all internal and external client applications. I have experience managing small and large teams including training quality assurance personnel and client personnel as needed for acceptance testing.
