As a STEM Instructor at The Slate Center, I design and deliver engaging and interactive lessons on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics to students aged 3 to 7.As a product designer, I use Figma, a software tool for UI design, to create and prototype digital products and solutions for real-world problems. I also create and share content on Fiverr and Dribbble a platform for freelance services, to showcase my skills and projects.Before joining The Slate Center, I worked as a Customer Service Assistant and Bulk Teller at First City Monument Bank, where I provided guidance and support to customers on various banking services and transactions, such as online banking, mobile apps, self-service, and bank verification numbers. I also handled the collection, sorting, and confirmation of customers' bulk cash, and ensured the accuracy and security of the cash management process. I developed and demonstrated strong communication, customer service, and numerical skills in this role.
