Hi.. Here is a little information about myself. I started out here at Taylortec as what we call here a "floater" in April 2004.( A floater is someone who does or learns to do multiple small jobs in our facility.) I learned the ropes pretty good and could handle just about any job thrown at me. At the end of 2005 I took time off to be with my brand new daughter! About three years later I was hired back on again as a floater..( January 2009) but this time I was eager to learn a lot more than what was just in front of me. I followed the people who knew the most about the business and asked questions and with effort and trial and error I learned more and more each day. By September 2010 I was appointed assistant supervisor which also gave me a little more insight on the business itself and how things worked. I loved it and worked even harder to learn and achieve more and better goals.. I loved the business of it all, and the responsibility was a challenge that I thrived off of! By January 2011 I was appointed Production & Staff Supervisor... which is my current position here. I absolutely love the "business end" of working, and everyday learn new things or maybe a slightly better way to handle a certain situation. There is always more to learn and improvements to make in every aspect of life. My dad taught me to work hard and be honest and I quote, " listen and you will learn." Those five words have brought me this far in life and has proven to be a rather true statement. A smart man makes a mistake, learns from it, and never makes that mistake again. But a wise man finds a smart man and learns from him how to avoid the mistake altogether.
