District Sales Manager
Current- Recruited and relocated to oversee performance and profitability of retail stores in the Central Region.
- Provide leadership and direction to eight Store Managers to ensure fulfillment of all company goals, objectives, and results at eight Heritage stores and four Specialty stores with a total peak team of 130 management.
- Create a sales culture to drive profitability through analysis of business trends and impact on guests, associates, and store operations; create action plans to increase sales and control expenses to drive overall.
- Four-time winner of District Manager of the Year, outperforming 23 others in sales, profitability, guest and associate interaction.
- Monitor and measure financial, operational, human resources, and customer service results, as well as competitive activity.
- Assist in testing new retail concepts and merchandise, working with executive team at Corporate Headquarters in St. Louis.
