Provide a wide range of marketing, management and administration support for Health Plan customers. New business development, business retention, client relations, client service, and coordination of ValueOptions' services provided to clients; BCBS, BCN, M-Care. Planning and development of new initiatives, provider/member relations including benefit management; community/public relations, program administration/operations, and serving as the primary ValueOptions representative to the customer. In charge of all new implementations, computer upgrades and client changes.Successfully up sold and implemented provider network to Michigan Conference of Teamsters Welfare Fund ($40,000).Successfully sold, implemented and managed two new contracts for 2002, Botsford Health Plan and OmniCare Health Plan, totaling over 100,000 lives. Worked with all factions of operations, IT, and corporate level executives to complete implementation.Successfully sold care management services to Definity Health Plan, 140,000 lives and implemented and managed current contract. Promoted to Account Executive, January 2004.
