Receptionist/Insurance Coordinator at a busy downtown Raleigh office (www.hsdentist.com). Responsibilities included verifying insurance benefits, answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and checking in/out patients. Also, reviewed treatment plans and discussed cost breakdowns with patients.

I restarted the women's lacrosse program from scratch. I recruited wonderful young women that built a team from nothing. Led girls to excel in the classroom as well as on the field by advising and mentoring student-athletes in all aspects of their college experience. Planned and directed practices to inspire and challenge athletes to develop skills and IQ. Prioritized office tasks such as ordering team equipment, creating and managing budget, travel plans, film review, etc. Managed assistant coaches to assist in all aspects of the program

I coached the varsity high school tournament team at practices and regional tournaments for 6 seasons and I coached rising 9th graders summer 2016. At practices, I prepare players for regional tournament competition by challenging their technical and mental abilities on the lacrosse field. I develop local top players' individual skill and build team dynamics. Additionally I assist athletes in the college search and recruiting process.

I ran the administrative aspect of a small practice. Including but not limited to managing website information, handling email distribution and daily financial collections, as well as monitoring insurance information and patient management. I promote the office through Facebook, create promotional materials and evaluate marketing and sponsorship opportunities.

Developed a middle school and high school girls lacrosse team. Established team culture and taught individual skills for a solid technical foundation. Growing the game one player at a time. Inspiring student-athletes to try a new sport and challenge themselves every day.

I managed practice and game schedules, developed players' technical skills, and monitor academic progress of the players. Expanded the program to over 40 athletes for a JV and Varsity team. SWAC Conference Coach of the Year 2014.

Served as Girls Lacrosse Program Director and Head Coach. I promoted and strengthened girls’ lacrosse camps and club teams for girls in grades 3-8. I built practice plans and game strategies. I lead practices and coached the players during games.
