Senior Manager, Compensation & People Analytics
Current- Design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of Dutchie’s compensation strategy and processes.- Makes recommendations for Total Rewards Packages (cash + stock options) for all employees (new hires, promotions, internal mobility, comp adjustments) while upholding Dutchie's ‘pay for performance’ compensation philosophy. - Administers our annual merit review process to include- comp recommendations, equity reviews, reporting, and approval process.- Partner with Leadership on reviewing departmental compensation strategies, team pay structures, and other total rewards programs/processes.- Creates and maintains annual financial scenarios for the annual budgeting & forecasting process- including merit increases, promotions, and other compensation adjustments budget and forecasts. - Carta administrator and manages reports on employee stock option data.- Builds and maintains all compensation bands with ongoing analysis utilizing Radford and Pave data surveys.- Identifies trends and areas for improvement, to ensure competitiveness in the market.- Ensure accuracy and integrity of all people/job data within the HRIS (SAP Successfactors) - Own and maintain Dutchie’s job architecture framework and ensure data accuracy within the HRIS.- HRIS Approver on all employee central related workflows including; role changes, promotions, one time payments, and restructures to confirm data accuracy.
