Welcome!I am a current student at Kent State University who will be graduating with a UX Design MS degree in December 2024. I received my BA in Psychology and have worked in the mental health world for quite a few years before deciding to pivot to UX after many late night research sessions (give me a laptop and music and I will research until the sun comes up!) about other career paths one could take with a background in psychology. UX has allowed me to utilize my relentless curiosity, innate creativity, love for organizing and planning, and my passion for hands on, tangible work, all while still being able to integrate psychology into the mix.I have a particular passion for user research and information architecture, but I am excited to take on any project that will allow me to make a real world impact for both users and companies alike! I am also open to pursuing positions in other industries that may not be UX specific but would still allow me to use my experience, education, and skills so if you think I may be a fit for a non-UX position you are looking to fill then please reach out!
