Cultivating client relationships and managing client expectations, developing internal solutions for the complex business needs of our partners, presenting monthly KPIs reports and QBRs to our clients, cross-selling services and solutions, managing and leading our CSR/AM team while providing best practices to ensure a successful client success relationship.- Implementation of new customer accounts, overseeing onboarding processes, data migration, web portal creation, and product allocation. - Manage BDR team, training and coaching of staff, performance reviews, writing SOP requirements. Successfully manage to all KPIs. - Day-to-day management of multiple projects, assigning resources, logistics and transportation, and order tracking.- Deliver customer reports such as Quarterly Business Reviews and Month End reports. Analyze sales pipelines and trends to accurately forecast sales goals and quotas.- Advanced Excel analytics and WMS Dashboard reports to track product history, velocity, usage, and expiration.
