National Director Of Clinical Quality And Performance Improvement
CurrentThe role includes implementing quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and safety within our wound care centers. Collaborate with wound care staff, physicians, and leadership to ensure the consistent application of quality improvement initiatives. Utilize performance improvement methodologies and data analysis tools to improve patient outcomes. Track and report on performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of improvement efforts. Also responsible for the management, implementation, and optimization of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for our wound care centers. Lead the implementation and management of the wound care department's EMR system. Train and support clinical staff on EMR system functionality, ensuring the system meets their needs. Analyze clinical processes and workflows to optimize EMR use and enhance patient care. Work closely with IT, software vendor and clinical teams to troubleshoot and resolve EMR system issues. Liaise with software vendor for upgrades, modifications, and troubleshooting.
