Provide regular division-wide supervision to ensure alignment and consistency of Youth Development practices. Create opportunities and experiences that empower students to become the best version of themselves. Develop innovative student involvement and leadership strategies. Serve as the program specialist, resource and advisor to teachers, principals, central office personnel, and Youth Development teams. Collect data and evaluate the effectiveness of methods and Youth Development programs to include student participation in leadership opportunities, community service, clubs, sports and activities. Recommend revisions as needed. Work collaboratively to develop and conduct division-wide professional development to team members, teachers, administrators, and other central office personnel regarding current developments and practices. Act as a liaison between the school, the general public, and local community groups such as universities, businesses and other community youth and education programs, to foster understanding, build relationships, and solicit support for overall program objectives and initiatives. Develop and implement meaningful work-based and service learning experience opportunities through business/industry and community resources.

Promote youth development, coordinate all student clubs and activities, review and approve all requests for special events and building usage, maintain data on youth development initiatives, coordinate major events, such as graduations, etc. Monitor and report student involvement. Develop creative programming to foster character development, citizenship, career and college readiness.

Oversee the operation of all Made for More programs. Assures that the organization has a strategic plan which achieves its mission. Provide leadership in developing program, organizational, and financial plans with the Board of Directors and staff, and carry out plans, and policies authorized by the Board of Directors. Manages relationships with program supporters and sponsors, including business, industry, faith based organizations and community partners. Evaluates progress of all Made For More programs.

Managed student tutorial services center. Instructed study skills course for students on academic probation. Provided one-to-one tutoring for students who failed to pass the Exit Exam of Writing Competency.

Managed system-wide education program designed to promote academic achievement, social and emotional well-being and the overall success of students of color. Developed creative programming, administered program budget, coordinated all aspects of the program, including transportation, vendor contracts, and public relations.

Administered $35 million budget for Small Business Sales department in the Northeast region. Implemented strategic initiatives for including office consolidations, process and policy changes. Developed sales objectives for regional offices in 3 states. Monitored customer service and call center performance on objectives, reporting daily to senior management.
