I have more than 25 years’ experience in the development of business to business, corporate communications and strategic marketing programmes, with an emphasis on protecting and building the reputation of global companies and brands. I believe that effective marketing and communication strategies can play a role in helping to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. I also believe that strong governance - whether a company is privately or publicly held - is a keystone to organisational success. My experience includes being Chief Marketing Officer for EverEdge Global, an intangible asset advisory, valuation and corporate finance specialist where I lead our marketing and stakeholder relations efforts across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the United States; a Group Account Director at Acumen Republic, one of New Zealand's leading communication consultancies; and as a Senior Vice President in the Corporate & Brand practice at FD International (now FTI Consulting) in London. In these roles, I have been involved in all aspects of the development and implementation of consumer, corporate and business-to-business marketing and communications campaigns. I have worked on a number of capital market transactions, and have also advised a number of organisations, Boards and government agencies on stakeholder engagement, issues and crisis management procedures.
