Our television network delivers entertainment shopping to millions of homes while our growing mobile, online and social channels invite customers to shop, share and smile the day away.In this role I handle 25 to 30 customer calls per hour regarding payments. • Provide specialized information on credit and payment concerns.• Handle a variety of issues to minimize delinquency on our retail payment plan, ValuePays. • Offer customer friendly solutions to accounts who are unable to pay their ValuePays. • Give convenient collection options for accounts in a past due status.• Advise customers of their credit worthiness. • De-escalate complex customer situations. • Analyze linking or multiple suspicious shopping accounts. • Recognize evasive callers and determine submit account information to the fraud team.• Personalize each conversation to maximize customer experience. • Generate customer retention thru customer experience and recommend future purchases.• Meet call objectives for quality of service, talk time, and recovery of past due balances.
