Some of my work includes:-Managed the end-to-end launch of Workday and successful adoption of the platform for 1500+ staff members. I fostered collaboration across departments, engaged stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, and led change management at enterprise scale resulting in a 93% satisfaction rate from end users.- Serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief People Officer on monitoring department goals and key performance indicators. I design and facilitate quarterly team department step-backs for 30 team members to oversee leading data trends and adjust work plans. - Built a crossfunctional dashboard for leaders across the network to track the annual distribution of employment agreements and coordinate retention efforts.
