Equine Expert Witness, Horse and Farm Consultant with 30 years experience showing, breeding, boarding, buying and selling, and trail riding. I am a consulting and testifying expert witness for equine related lawsuits specializing in Sport, Performance, Trail and breeding horses. I have done extensive work in personal injury, personal liability, death of horse, medical malpractice, accident reconstruction, horse behavior, care custody and control, valuations and loss of income cases. I have been appraising horses since 2001 and I am a Senior Certified Equine Appraiser with the American Society of Equine Appraisers and have passed the Uniform Standards of Profession Practices Exam administered by the American Society of Appraisers. My practice is USPAP compliant. I personally have built and developed three farms and currently live on an active horse farm. My firm provides consulting services for first time farm owners and those wishing to improve their farm. I have shown extensively across the country as a hunter/jumper competitor as well as breed warmbloods for the hunter/jumper, dressage and eventing market. I also stand a warmblood stallion and quarter horse stallion. My services include acting as a buyers or sellers agent. I work by the hour as your personal consultant. I do not take a commission.
