With a decade of experience educating both in and out of the classroom, teaching art classes on the side, and maintaining disciplined study and practice of her own art for her freelance art business, Bridget is currently working a freelance writer and artist!Bridget educated middle school and high school students for ten years within the schools of the SSPX. In between teaching she has traveled extensively to bring more life to her teaching, especially in ancient history. In 2019 she embraced her artistic calling.Before teaching, Bridget attended St. Mary's College, St. Marys KS, a liberal arts college that focuses on developing thinking Catholics with a small student to teacher ratio. She went on to complete her certification in Catholic Education, equivalent to a Bachelors in General Education, with an emphasis in history. During that time she heavily volunteered in the drama department of both the college and the local high school with both acting and set design.During her years as a Catholic Educator, Bridget not only developed curriculum to draw the hearts and minds of the students towards the good, the true, and the beautiful, but also initiated two youth groups for high school girls, lead the Eucharistic Crusade for the parish youth, and initiated various extra curricular activities for the students. While at St. John Vianney's in Minnesota, Bridget played a lead role in working to improved fundraising for the school with creative ideas, initiative, and execution.At St. Mary's Academy, St. Marys, KS, Bridget not only taught but also was a supervisor of the College and Faculty Ladies Dorm, as well as a team leader for the youth group in the hospitality and fundraising department.Throughout her ten years as an educator, Bridget broadened her knowledge and deepened her impact in the classroom through national and international travel, as well as attended a class both at CSU and Washburn.
