I worked summers at Angelina's Kitchen in Pittsboro, North Carolina. I did many tasks in and around the kitchen including preparing orders, processing large amounts of produce, washing dishes, maintaining the seating area, among other duties. From the experience, I gained proficiency in handling knives as well as a taste for and knowledge of preparing Greek food from an expert!
