Advanced Information Management (AIM) is a business and technology-consulting firm focused on advancing business efficiency. I worked within a 3-member team to define, research, and design an open source engineering platform expected to host 100k+ users. I drafted designs for various high-impact proposals for securely sharing digital information and connecting users with digital analysis tools for enhanced collaboration. I also researched and designed wine fulfillment CRM with a focus on improving the user experience for global order management, warehouse management and shipping requirements.

I contributed to personas, scenarios, and workflows, leading to sketches and clickable wireframes to present to the client. I investigated component integration from existing systems into redesigned systems.

Built self-reporting and self-sustaining rotational weekend schedule lists, eliminating 10-15 manual data entry hours each week. Collaborated with a team of analysts and engineers to extract, identify and analyze specific factors from large datasets to support project to replace traditional telephones with VoIP phones.

Created wireframes for Friendly's website redesign. Interviewed users, built wireframes, and created and coded an interactive prototype for a new internal performance management application which would serve 150+ employees. This prototype was created in a two week timeframe using Foundation 4, HTML5, CSS3, & JQuery. Updated client websites on a daily basis. Created and ran usability testing for the start-up client, Janji, with two other team members. Delivered usability report and recommendations to Janji's CEO and web designer.
