In the role of Reception, I excelled in donor screening, utilizing fingerstick, blood sample, and vital sign assessments to ensure safety and satisfaction.As a Phlebotomist, I conducted over 2,000 successful venipunctures, vigilantly monitored vital signs, effectively managed reactions, and performed tasks such as removing fistulas and disconnecting donors. Safety protocols, particularly in handling biohazards, were consistently upheld.In the realm of Processing, I employed aseptic techniques for sample handling, managed stock efficiently, and coordinated the packing and shipping of samples.My training extended to the safe management of biohazards and dangerous goods, emphasizing a commitment to workplace safety and compliance throughout all tasks.
