I’ve got over twenty years of technical writing experience, and the last two years heavily invested in Madcap Flare. I now write all company manuals in Flare. I also designed and implemented the Portal/Knowledge Base for the organization using Flare and Madcap Central. For the last eight years, I have had the incredible opportunity to design and develop eLearning courses. In my role as an Instructional Designer, I also designed, developed, and now maintain two online certification programs, one for sales, and the other, a bit more technical for installation specialists.Having worked in the corporate sector for decades, I have interacted with CEOs, senior vice presidents, directors, supervisors, independent contributors, support staff, and warehouse employees.As part of a marketing team for the last 6+ years, I also write blog posts, website copy, white papers, case studies, technical specifications, and marketing collateral.As a testament to my flexibility, I’ve written for the mortgage, engineering, HVAC, and networking industries.I often work alone as part of a team, not an oxymoron!I am known for my positive energy and sense of curiosity.When I am not working, I am riding my bike, reading, or cooking.
