Training topics included virtual meeting engagement, building learning communities, and creating job aids for employee training. I also provided training for Wyoming's Community Navigator Program, an entrepreneurial support network for traditionally underserved business communities in the state. With my husband and business partner, I designed and delivered training on successful small business management.

Developed a comprehensive training needs analysis that identified knowledge, skill, culture, and technology infrastructure gaps hindering widescale software adoption. 2022: Developed a video-based software training program on UMT360 for a regional healthcare system employing 14,000 people.

I was responsible for managing both internal training resources and external training products offered to licensees and third-party clients. -Redesigned all programs for children from infancy to age 5 so they align with research-based early literacy practices, including Every Child Ready to Read, Second Edition. - Reoriented weekly Story Time programs at all Carbon County libraries to focus on parent education and reading readiness skills. - Launched monthly outreach visits to both Rawlins elementary schools to encourage library use and showcase items in the collection, including award-winning and highly reviewed children’s literature.-Taught two 1.5-hour Every Child Ready to Read workshops for local daycare and preschool providers.
