• Facilitate interactive web-based training sessions on a variety of topics including Anti-Discrimination, Anti-Harassment, FMLA/ADA, FLSA, Respectful Workplace, Co-employment, I-9/E-Verify, etc.
• Research and provide advice and solutions on state and federal employment law questions and concerns to ensure compliance and avoid liability for our company and our clients.
