Responsible for developing strategies to create a world-class staffing function to recruit and hire exceptional talent into Trimble; Collaborate with global HR to drive staffing processes, policies and procedures. Develop staffing tools and maintain intranet staffing web site; Manage staffing vendor relationships, including posting sites, compliance vendor and web based staffing system, currently hosted by Taleo; Provide a scalable operation, utilizing internal recruiting resources and sourcing external resources based on volume and requirements; Responsible for individual recruiting, including sourcing and on-boarding candidates. Earned highest New Hire count for Q1 in 2012, bringing aboard 24 new employees, globally.

Source, screen and interview viable applicants to fill various positions, primarily upper level IT.
