Mental Health Therapist
Current- Provides clinical services to clients seeking mental health and alcohol and other drug abuse (AODA) treatment services from the Outpatient Clinic. - Utilizes evidence-based tools to conduct treatment plans based on person-centered planning principles. - Provides individual and group counseling as identified in the treatment plan while using motivational interviewing, solution-focused, and strengths-based models. - Participates in various programs and projects of the Outpatient Clinic, including urgent care and crisis counseling as scheduled in addition to hospital or jail consults. - Maintains case records in agency computerized client system EHR to document services, clinical review of cases, and all other client-related services. - Provides assessment and case management services, individual, group, and family, AODA counseling services. - Provides consultation and education to clients, community organizations, and agencies.
