I have been able to see the importance of treating each guest as their own person to ensure that their needs are being exceeded and each experience is personal. I acted as the primary contact with customers throughout the entire event process and managed all group room blocks and meeting space events according to customer specifications. Started as a summer intern serving and preparing food and drinks for guests daily at the Bistro. I worked with the Operations Manager to place food, liquor, and Starbucks orders daily.
