I am currently in my second year of study at the University of Ottawa in the English Common Law program where I am working toward earning my Juris Doctor degree. Prior to this, I studied English and Cultural Studies at McMaster University, earning an Honour’s B.A. with distinction. This past summer, I worked as a Summer Student at the multi-service firm, Wellenreiter LLP, where I previously worked as a Legal Assistant. I also continue to work at Food Basics as a Supervising Cashier on weekends, where I have been working for over seven years, throughout my high school and undergraduate years. I recently began working as a Student Caseworker with Pro Bono Students Canada's Family Justice Centre, where I work alongside fellow law students to assist individuals with navigating the family law system.I truly love being a student and thrive in school settings where I can develop both critical thinking and language skills in order to convey and understand ideas. I have extensive experience in the customer service industry and work well with others and under pressure. When I'm not working or studying, I love running along the canal or going to concerts with friends!
