I am a physical therapist, reiki practitioner, embodiment coach, and mindfulness educator. My 20 years as a physical therapist have taught me that your body, mind, and soul are not separate. Stressors in one affect the others so, for optimal healing to occur, all 3 need to be honored in the process.My practice was created out of my love of helping others and my desire to share the blessings I’ve received working through my own injuries, ailments, and anxiety. With each client, I use a blend of active listening and gentle techniques like craniosacral therapy, somato~emotional release, reiki, and mindfulness, allowing me to meet my clients where they are in their healing process and provide them with a session that is unique to their goals. During each session, I act as a guide helping my clients discover the root of their dis-ease, access the healing they need, release pain & emotional distress, work through mindset blocks, and provide them with supportive resources so they can return to being themselves and live the life they want to live with ease. This wholistic approach empowers them to be an active participant in their healing, providing you with long lasting results. And as a business owner and mom, I know that their time is valuable so any healing modalities or exercises I recommend will fit seamlessly into their day.When I'm not with a client, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two kids, taking a walk with my dog, catching up with friends, relaxing in nature, reading a good book, or finding my joy through exercise, dance, singing, or meditation.
