Current** Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills **Technical Skills: Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), PeopleSoft, TeamWorks, Webex, Dynamic365, LinkedIn, Internet, office equipment. ♦ Monitors, coordinates, and supports the program goals and objectives for Work Force Development for State of Georgia. Apprised of occupational trends and educational programs. ♦ Conducts interviews and assessments with applicants to identify their abilities, needs, interests, and values in relation to career opportunities. ♦ Provides labor market information, shares knowledge of services of One-Stop partners and other community resources.♦ Productively represents and markets the Agency at Career Fairs, Recruitment, SWAT and Community events, promoting Workforce programs such as Career Center Services, GeorgiaBEST, OJT, WIOA, and Federal Bonding. ♦ Maintaining confidential information.♦ Effectively counsel clients daily on problem resolution, occupational and educational barriers, and identifying goals utilizing assessment tools and techniques to compile work and experience profiles on clients.♦ Designs, coordinates, facilitates and evaluates workshops/seminars on specific job skills such as resume writing, interviewing techniques, salary negotiation, networking, social media and career assessments.♦ Markets Employ Georgia. Train applicants, employers and staff on Employ Georgia software/website.♦ Network with Employers to stay abreast of upcoming opportunities. Connect Employers with qualified applicants. Develops local network to enhance program delivery via LinkedIn, networking, and community events.
