And other roles include being an Encourager, Mentor, Educator, Informer, Collaborator, Organizer, Project Manager, and more, in different capacities.My early outlook and upbringing led me to believe that I didn't want to "manage" or "lead people", because I thought it meant that I was going to "be the blame" for anything that was possible to go wrong and for anything that went wrong. I found out that it was not true, nor was it my intention for leading, but that The Lord led me and orchestrated what I was doing without me realizing that it was what I was chosen to do, where I was chosen to be, and how He allowed for or in the way He permitted it to be done. Today's outlook is different, and a development from the early perspective beyond what I see. By faith and with His direction and guidance, I am enabled to envision and embrace the truth of His purpose in placing me where He has in order that I may pursue His Will in my appointment(s). I was given opportunities to serve in capacities that proved rewarding, and most of the roles, if not all, were appointments which I did not choose for myself. With that, I can move forward in growing exponentially. Learning and growth are vital to survival!
