About Bridget Mitchell

As I look back over my career, no matter the actual title or specific components of a particular role, I have always gravitated towards roles in which I have an opportunity to help and educate others. With each role I've had during my career I've had the opportunity to partner and work with talented, amazing professionals who are also passionate about providing support, education and care for our employees and leaders who are on the front lines of delivering our company's product and services. A few of the projects and initiatives I am most proud of over the course of my career thus far are:• Designed and led an organized approach for managing a portfolio of 20 workflow optimizations being implemented enterprise-wide over a 9-month period impacting 55,000+ electronic health record system end-users in 4 geographic regions.• Led the Change Management workstream team for the global implementation of Workday HCM servicing 5,000+ employees across 12 countries.• Planned and facilitated the Change Management strategy and implementation activities for the implementation of a Career Ladder Program in the Patient Access service delivery line to reduce turnover and provide opportunities for career growth and development for 500+ employees across 4 states.
