I am a meditator, writer, and coach who is passionate about personal awakening and liberation from suffering. I founded three mission-driven startups, got an MBA from Duke (Social Entrepreneurship; Marketing), and worked for Amazon.com in the U.S. and Brazil before moving full-time into the wellness space. I work with professionals to address things like overwhelm, anxiety, and self-worth, and support individuals in healing PTSD, body image and disordered eating, and perfectionism (to name a few).I teach meditation and lead workshops and retreats on working with difficult emotions and waking up using the material of everyday life.
