I am an ambitious and dynamic professional focused on pursuing a career focused on effective leadership and supporting educational opportunities to continue to build upon previous successes. Entrepreneurial experience provides broad perspective in business to business interactions and client development and relations. Additional skills include the ability to create and implement dynamic training solutions, creatively solve problems, recruit and manage staff and volunteers, and consistently exceed sales expectations.As the classroom manager, I have developed and broadened skills in organizational leadership with a staff of 6 educational assistants. These skills include team building, staff training, balancing administrative responsibilities and general management duties. When working with the parents of my students, I strive to build a relationship of trust and respect. Attention to detail and adequate staff training is highly prioritized and applied to the creation and implementation of individual education plans. In addition, technology is comfortably utilized on a daily basis in a variety of formats. New platforms and tools are explored on an ongoing basis. Additional experiences include Healthcare Service coordination at the state level for MDA: Muscular Dystrophy Association, Board leadership and strategic planning at Upreach Equestrian Therapy Center and program development across several organizations.
