Bridget Russo has over 25 years of experience in brand-building across the fashion, retail, and consumer goods industries. Her desire to combine her wealth of experience with positive social impact has led her to work with a number of start-up and affordable luxury brands.In 2019, Bridget joined the team at Bloomscape, a DTC plant home delivery brand, as their Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Following this role, she served as CMO of CLMBR, a connected fitness start-up in 2021.Currently, Bridget serves as SVP Marketing for Outbound Hotels, a new outdoor destination lodging concept. And from 2012 to 2017, she served as CMO for Shinola, overseeing global marketing and communications for the American design brand.Bridget has also made a name for herself pursuing projects driven by social impact in the fashion industry. In the early 2000's she founded her own consulting firm, Passion Projects Consulting, and worked with EDUN, an apparel brand committed to reducing poverty in Africa through trade.Bridget's expertise has earned her numerous accolades, including being named one of the Ad Week Brand Genius Class of 2016. And she currently serves as an Endeavor Detroit Mentor.
